WE HAVE A LONG-STANDING RELATIONSHIP WITH THE CO-OP THAT STARTED IN 2008, WHEN WE FIRST WORKED ON THEIR LEGACY DB SCHEME COMMUNICATIONS.

Having shown ourselves to be responsive and enthusiastic partners, we were recently invited to re-brand Pace, the main pensions arrangement for Co-op employees.

OVER THE YEARS, WE HAVE WORKED WITH THE GROUP PENSIONS DEPARTMENT ON MANY SIGNIFICANT PROJECTS.

These include automatic enrolment communications, benefit statements and other personalised documents, factsheets, interactive scheme guides, member newsletters (including an interactive version for DC members), and more recently, an interactive at-retirement guide.

WE HAVE CARRIED OUT SEVERAL BRANDING EXERCISES FOR THE CO-OP AS ITS CORPORATE IDENTITY HAS EVOLVED.

This included, in 2012, a dedicated automatic enrolment brand to sit alongside the main pensions brand. The Co-op was one of the first UK companies to stage, and we helped them deliver a comprehensive communications programme that aimed to minimise the risk of business disruption.
