IN 2012, WOLSELEY APPOINTED US TO WORK WITH THEM ON A MAJOR CHANGE COMMUNICATIONS PROJECT.

This involved the closure to future accrual of their DB Scheme, improvements to their DC Scheme, automatic enrolment and the introduction of flexible benefits – all within an 18-month timeframe.

The project, known as ‘Project Rome’ won numerous industry awards, including Best DC Communication Strategy (Pension Scheme of the Year Awards 2014) and Best HR Communication Strategy (Institute of Internal Communications).

TO HELP WITH ENGAGEMENT WE DEVELOPED A NEW BRAND FOR WOLSELEY’S FLEXIBLE BENEFITS PROGRAMME.

This brand is used for all flexible benefits projects and applied to all the ongoing communications we produce for the company, including member newsletters and guides.

FOLLOWING THE SUCCESS OF PROJECT ROME, WE WERE ASKED BY OTHER DEPARTMENTS WITHIN WOLSELEY TO WORK ON SEVERAL OTHER COMMUNICATION PROGRAMMES.

These include the launch of new business systems and processes, the development of an employee handbook and more recently, a project to raise the profile of the IT Department within the business.
