The next phase of construction work for Wordshop’s new office is well under way.

Downstairs, work is progressing on our new reception area with the installation of underfloor electrics and a stairwell, where the main entrance used to be, leading to the first floor.

Upstairs, in the space of the former reception, there now stands the wooden framework which will form the new conference room and waiting area. These supports are a temporary measure before the glass-panelled walls are installed to create a light, modern space for meetings.

Outside in the courtyard, the internal wall separating the outhouses has been demolished to produce a large print store for our mailing materials. This is being refurbished with new walls, lighting and insulated flooring.

During the coming weeks, we are looking forward to seeing more of the structural work take shape in advance of the decoration, carpeting and furnishing stage.
