Last month saw the launch of a new pensions portal for the Lloyd’s Superannuation Fund. The full-service pensions website, designed by Wordshop, helps members manage all aspects of their pension, from admin and information through to pre-retirement planning.

Providing 24/7 access, LSF members can log into the secure website and carry out a range of tasks. They can:

• view and update their contact details
• change their marital status and spouse’s details
• download forms and documents such as an expression of wishes form
• view, download and print their latest benefit statement (active members)
• view, download and print pension payslips and P60s (pensioners)
• view and update banking details (pensioners)
• run, store, download and print statements, retirement illustrations and transfer illustrations.

A handy dashboard provides a clear overview of all their benefits in the LSF. If they belong to more than one scheme, members can switch from one scheme to the other via the dashboard, really putting their pension and retirement planning at their fingertips.

Regardless of how members access the internet, either from their phone, tablet or PC, Wordshop’s fully-responsive design ensures that the website looks good and functions perfectly on all devices.
